Howdy! I'm Victoria Daniels, a director and producer with over seven years experience in the film industry, including more than 5 years leading teams. I thrive operating in both creative and logistical roles, marrying director and producer into one hat.

My experience spans marketing campaigns, episodic narratives, short films, human interest stories, and social content. At my current organization, I produce 600+ videos a year across seven episodic series, yearly events, and marketing while co-leading a team of 7.

With a passion for creativity, processes, and efficiency I love working with multiple concurrent projects, tight budgets, and a lot of moving pieces. Recently this love for process has led me into an AI deep dive, where I've crafted several custom tools for film pre-production.
